Northern Dance Academy offers a wide range of Adult and Children's Dance classes. 
The majority of the Children's and Syllabus classes are based at The Gateway Centre, Front Street, Acomb, York, YO24 3BZ.
 The Adult Dance classes are based at The Railway Institute Sports Centre Dance Studio, Queen Street, York, YO24 1AD.

Summer Timetable 2024
The Summer term at Northern Dance Academy will start from Monday 8th April and will run up to Friday 19th July.

NDA offers a range of  ISTD syllabus classes, children's classes and adult classes at Northern Dance Academy. Please find below Northern Dance Academy's timetable for the Summer term. If you are interested in attending any of these classes, then please feel free to get in touch.

Summer Term Studio Dance Classes


Please find below NDA's weekly timetable the Summer term which will run up to the school summer holidays in July. All classes will finish on Friday 19th July. The children's classes will not return until the start of September however, some of the adult classes will run throughout August.


The majority of the Children's & Syllabus classes are held at The Gateway Centre in Acomb, York. The Adult Dance classes will be held at The Railway Institute Sports Centre Dance Studio on Queen Street, York (next to York Railway Station).

Class fees are invoiced half termly for the Children's and Syllabus classes.

For the Adult classes weekly payments for classes on a PAYG system is an option. Alternatively, adult students can pay for a block of 4 classes and deduct from payment credit each time you attend a class (classes don't have to be taken consecutively).

NDA will continue to offer a free first trial class for the Children's classes to any new students wanting to start at the Academy.
